For example, on a smartphone, tablet, or computer, you can:
- Listen to music or the radio
- Browse websites
- Watch videos
- Read digital newspapers and magazines
- Use social media
Many new media formats allow people to interact by liking, commenting, or sharing content. Technology has also helped different types of media come together. This is called media convergence .
